How do you track closed deals?
We use a shared google sheet for full transparency. You update it when a lead closes and we invoice based on reported profit. Your sales rep is available to help reach out to the customer if needed.

How does the 25% referral fee work?
We receive 25% of your commission only when you close a deal from our leads. no closed deals means zero payments to us.

What if you don't hit the guaranteed minimum leads?
We generate leads all over Canada and the US for realtors. We always hit the guaranteed leads. At times you may request a reduction as too many leads are coming in. We can then move them to next month or do a custom plan that fits your needs.
